How I stay Healthy and Get Life High!
In Three Simple Steps

1. Protein Powder: Take meal supplements like Raw Meal, drink fresh juice and eat raw foods like salads.
2. Passion Projects: Create art, dance, sing. Do those projects that make you happy!
3. Positive Music: Listen to uplifting spiritual music life Air1

In this video I describe ways of how I stay healthy in being what I like to call LIFE HIGH! When you are authentically healthy, emotionally and physically you can reach a state of being where you feel really energized. People may even think you are on something. They conclude that in order for someone to be as happy and energetic as you are, that one must be high. But what they don't realize is that you can be high while not on drugs.

When you are living in your purpose and carrying out your divine life purpose within your creativity and when you have a truly healthy body, you are in alignment on earth. Then it's easier to handle life. Easier to be healthy and happy. A lot of this is the food you eat, what you are creating in life, and what media you are feeding yourself, what music you are listening too. For the media is the messages you constantly hear, believe and subscribe to. I choose to listen to positive music, create my art and eat healthy foods and supplements.

I like the meal supplement from Garden of Life Raw Meal.
